Primary Responsibilities

  • Work directly with building owner to address building issues and liaise between the real estate team when needed

  • Manage Vendor Relationships

  • Maintain all common areas, meeting rooms, lobby, kitchen, etc (visually appealing and clean)

  • Oversee building security; alarm system, card keys, etc

  • Manage state required emergency preparedness team, plans, supplies

  • Manage all supplies and maintain inventory on a daily basis

  • Resolve Seattle Facility inquiries/issues via the Seattle Facilities help email

  • Retrieve/Distribute/Sort Mail and packages

  • Manage food deliveries for events and any other meetings on site

  • Facilitate minor repairs when needed and manage major repairs quickly, costly and efficiently with little disruption to staff

  • Manage special projects as they arise

  • Manage Equipment Returns to EIS From Termed Employees

  • Point of Contact for Equipment Functionality (Printers/ Faxes / Scanners)

  • Partner with other Seattle support members to support the facility, staff and other needs that arise

  • Provide coverage for the front desk for weekly lunch hour

  • A point of contact for EIS, Studios, MS, etc

  • Point of contact for Seattle events, working with local support team to delegate tasks and assist local managers/teams in holding their events

  • Host monthly meetings with Landlord to review any maintenance or property management concerns (per the lease)

  • Partnering with hiring managers to ensure new employees receive tours and introductions to staff, facilities and operations.

  • Respond quickly to requests from staff, customers and Landlord

Critical Competencies

  • Facility management or comparable work experience

  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly

  • College degree preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management experience

  • Self-motivated

  • Strong ability to exercise judgment and make decisions under pressure

  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Customer service fanatic

  • Experience managing multiple priorities
