About this role

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Vitamin T, you will leverage internal databases, external platforms, to gain qualified prospect lists for the sales team. In this role, you will use an analytical, data driven approach to drive qualified prospects for sale sequencences to focus on driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Use internal data sets to research and provide insights to find qualified prospects to from current and past clients.

  • Use online resources such as LinkedIn, SEC Reports, Who Got Funded and many others to identify potential new business prospects to provide to the sales team.

  • Conduct searches and queries to qualify and generate sales leads.

  • Work with VP of Sales to ensure the business is efficiently and effectively executed.

  • Manage and coordinate prospect- and client-specific information within sales technologies to ensure prospects are added to the system and are in the correct sales sequence.

  • Ensure the integrity of the data in sales systems (Salesforce, Outreach.io and proprietary database) by reviewing it frequently and helping the Sales Team correct inaccuracies.

  • Coordinate with marketing & content creation team to measure and improve content of sales sequences based on results.

  • Produce customized sales, activity, and benchmark reports and dashboards (e.g., office, market area, industry, etc.) for leadership team.

  • Action all leads obtained through marketing activities, including immediate direct follow up with qualified leads to determine opportunity status.

  • Assist in Marketing & Sales sponsored events, including event attendee analysis and logistics preparation, as well as follow-up sequences with attendees.

Signs of Success:

  • To be successful, you will be able to partner with the VP of Sales as well as the sales team to understand sales cycles, conduct custom analysis, quickly provide qualified prospects to enhance sales teams ability to close new clients.

  • Sales team meets / exceeds orders entered and activity metrics

  • Improved client retention

  • Increasing number of New Clients & Buyers

  • Increased conversion rates from sales activity yielding increased revenue

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with business /quantitative focus or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years experience working in fast-paced, sales environment; experience with recruitment, staffing or creative preferred

  • Proven ability to identify and prioritize sales prospects and work with sales and marketing teams to increase conversion rates and drive revenue.

  • Strong knowledge of sales technologies, ideally Salesforce and related plug-ins (Tableau,, Outreach.IO & Eloqua experience beneficial)

  • 2+ years in lead generation and prospecting with tools like ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, etc

  • Experience with storytelling using multiple datasource (Outreach.IO, Tableau, SFDC)

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Experience with project management and working cross functionally

  • Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to analyze and make sense of data, turn insights into conclusions and create actionable strategic recommendations

  • Comfortable giving feedback to experienced salespersons; while still being seen as a valued partner

  • High Level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment

  • Self Motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge
