We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our growing marketing team!

As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for formulating, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing transformation strategy.

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so this position, reporting to the Head of Marketing, will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience in developing measurable, data-driven strategies as well as have a tremendous passion for digital technologies and utilizing a variety of cutting-edge digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and plan

  • Manage and drive a continuous cycle of improvement across all digital marketing channels, including inbound, social, Web, targeting/retargeting, search engine marketing

  • Work across digital channels and marketing functions to drive inbound traffic to the Web site. Create, test, refine, and improve the user experience across all Web properties, creating personalized customer journeys that result in conversions

  • Leverage analytics to influence strategy and execution to drive improving results in our target markets

  • Manage and implement digital technologies that align with the strategy and achieving results

  • Measure ROI to make informed marketing decisions to achieve results

  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

  • Align results to sales and overall business goals, related to clients and talent


Requirements

  • 3--5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager​

  • 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of modern B2B marketing and digital marketing channels

  • Expert knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a variety of digital technologies, especially analytics tools

  • Working knowledge of web design & development best practices

  • Must be data-driven and have the ability to provide examples of past successes Has a demonstrable track record of working successfully in a fast-paced environment

  • Solution-oriented critical thinker that is innovative and inventive about their work

  • Collaborative and congenial team player

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to pivot and change as required

  • Proactive thinker with great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience working with companies in HR, HR Technologies and/or Staffing Industries is strongly preferred, but not required.

  • B.S. in Marketing, Communications or a technical discipline
